Odd phone interactions in the last 24 hours.
First my best friend in the world who is also in a weird way the most reliable person I know, texted. By reliable, I mean I can rely on her to disappear for months at a a time. Which was the case last night as well.
One simple text
“I need your address.”
My response “wow, you are there. I’ll call you” and just like that she disappeared.
Eh, at least I now what to expect 
This morning the phone rang.
My husband “How many earring do you have on”
Me feeling my ears “One apparently”
My husband “Yeah because I am holding the other one” at which point I promptly took out the earring in my ear.
