Disappointed

I love TV- in fact, I am slightly addicted to TV. Usually there is nothing better than the spring finales as they wrap up mysteries/ story lines etc and bait you with another exciting twist. So what has happened this year?

Honestly, i am watching finale after finale and so far none are really blowing me away. Actually, all of them seem to be going one episode beyond great.

Bones: One of my favorites, great cast, fun stories. It was in such a rush to wrap up and reveal the killer that it was totally unemotional to learn one of our favorite guys was really the apprentice of a killer cannibal. I mean that should get some kind of reaction if it had been done right. Compare to that to the pre-finale. Shooting our hero, leaving us in suspense. That was a finale.

Gossip Girl- We all know how I love that show. The wedding was beautiful the end kinda sad but overall the season wrapped up like a series finale with everyone going back to the life they led when the show started. In contrast, last week had reveals, surpises, twists and emoition. The finale felt more like an after thought.

Well, I have one or two more finales that I am dying to see… let’s hope LOST does not disappoint.
